Skye has recently moved back to Bairnsdale and is looking to help people live a healthy lifestyle and to reach their goals. Whether that be to lose weight, improve fitness or just general health and well being.

Skye has recently moved back to Bairnsdale and is looking to help people live a healthy lifestyle and to reach their goals. Whether that be to lose weight, improve fitness or just general health and well being.

Skye has her Certificate 3 & 4 in:
- Fitness
- Boxing
- Advanced Nutrition

Whilst also running the bootcamp sessions, Skye is also happy to develop a personalised eating plan to help get you on the right track with your health and well being.

Boot Camp Sessions will be 45 minutes to 1 hour, and each session will target the whole body.

Anyone can attend at any fitness level. There will be different levels of activities to cater for all fitness levels.

The sessions will be held accross the road from Howitt Park at the Oval (Little Athletics Oval)

Class sizes will be capped to 10-15 people per session, so it still feels like you are getting some one on one time.

Cost will be:

$15 per session if you pay on the day
or there will be group deals

5 week plans - payable up front

1 session per week @ $13 a session = $65.00
2 sessions per week @ $12 a session = $120.00
3 sessions per week @ $10 a session = $150.00


Proposed times for bootcamp:
- Monday Evenings at 5.15pm
- Tuesday Mornings at 6.00am
- Tuesday Evenings at 5.15pm
- Wednesday Mornings at 6.00am
- Wednesday Evenings at 5.15pm
- Friday Mornings at 6.00am
- Saturday Mornings at 8.00am
